9 Months

A few days late BUT you are growing up like crazy! You have been out in the world as long as you were in my belly. Whaaaat?! You are wearing size 2 diapers and 9 month clothes. You are always moving. Crawling, climbing, and exploring every inch of the house. You escape to the stairs every chance you get. You are eating basically everything we eat, and lots of it. You are still nursing a few times a day, and taking a sippy cup during meal times. You have some serious lungs on you. It's never a question when you want something ha. We are teaching you basic signs to help with that. You know "more" and sometimes "milk." You have 3 teeth now, 2 on bottom and 1 on top. You like to clap and wave. You are still struggling to sleep through the night consistently. We're going to get it one of these days... You are such a good baby though. Happy and content most of the time. We love you, Cos!

Vienna Goes to Pre-School

After a poor orientation experience I spent all evening and night stressing about this morning. Vienna is a shy kid already, so I debated waiting another year to send her to pre-school anyway. I felt nauseas and emotional about dropping her off if she didn't feel comfortable.

We walked into the classroom and she kept asking me to stay. I knew she would.  I could tell she was scared, but we talked about being brave. She went and sat by the teacher and didn't cry when I left. She's probably having a blast by now. But MAN, my poor Mama heart is breaking a little.
