Prim - 5 Month

You are growing into this fun baby lately! You smile and laugh and it brings us all so much joy. You love playing with your feet and anything that crinkles. You are rolling all over the place and pushing yourself up on your arms. Before we know it you'll be crawling. We tried sleep training you and it kind of worked haha. You are waking up just once or twice to eat now. You've tried apple sauce and a few other solids and aren't so sure about them. We'll keep at it but you're still nursing most of the time. We finally got you to take a bottle (YAYYYY!), so that's a relief. You are in size 6-9 month clothes and outgrowing things everytime I put them on it seems. We love you so much, sweet Primmy!!

 

Primrose - 4 Months

4 Months old. I think you are officially a baby and not a newborn anymore. Clearly I'm in denial. We all know this stage goes by way too fast. You had your 4 month check up this last week. You are in the 78% for height! Posting big numbers - whoop whoop! You are only in the 18% for weight, but you're growing great on your own curve. You have hit that 4 month sleep regression and you're waking up more than before. You are smiling all the time and we've even got a few laughs out of you. You are mostly nursing and starting to refuse a bottle (eeek). We're working on that because Cosette did the same thing and that was a looooooong 13 months haha. You found your feet this week and LOVE holding them. We all love you so much, sweet Prim!

 

Primrose - 3 Months

3 months old... Just like that the newborn stage is just about done. You have started to smile and make eye contact regularly. Your smiles are our favorite thing. You are rolling from front to back. You are the queen of cat naps, never sleeping very long during the day. You were sleeping through the night pretty consistently until you got sick :( Babies should just not be allowed to get sick! Poor thing got a UTI, so you're on antibiotics currently. Even in spite of the sickness you are generally just a great baby. You like playing below your little jungle gym and especially love ceiling fans (lol). Everyone mostly calls you "Prim," but Austin is trying his hardest to make other nick names stick. You bring so much joy to our family, sweet Prim. We love you so much!
